PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor which is excellent in reliability, especially in life property in load test, even when the thickness of a dielectric ceramic layer is reduced.SOLUTION: The laminated ceramic capacitor 1 includes the dielectric ceramic layer 2 composed of a dielectric ceramic. The main component of the dielectric ceramic is a (Ba, R)(Ti, V)Osystem or a (Ba, Ca, R)(Ti, V)Osystem (wherein R is at least one kind selected from La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu and Y). Both of V and R are uniformly present in principal component particles. |
