PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing of a substrate, by stably processing a black photosensitive resin with high light shielding performance.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing of a black light-shielding pattern substrate includes forming a black light-shielding pattern on a transparent substrate by subjecting a black photosensitive resin layer formed on a transparent substrate to subsequent steps of exposure, development and curing by heating. The exposure step includes steps of: (1) exposing the transparent substrate to transfer a pattern through the side where the black photosensitive resin layer is formed; and (2) exposing the entire surface of the transparent substrate through the side where the black photosensitive resin layer is not formed. |
