摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize power supply in a power system, using the battery of an electric vehicle (EV).SOLUTION: The electrical energy management server includes a receiving part which receives the information of remaining common use amount remaining in common use capacities which are secured in the batteries of a plurality of EVs; an in-charge discharging amount allocation part which calculates in-charge electrical energy at each EV by dividing a target discharging amount, according to a connection possibility of each EV in a first discharging time zone; a discharging amount allocation part which allocates a discharging amount, by dividing the target discharging amount to the EV connected to an electric system in the first discharging time zone according to a surplus electrical energy of the EV, a target charging amount calculation part which calculates a target charging amount by dividing a total target charging amount which is obtained by increasing and summing a value of the target discharging amount at each discharging time zone included in a period of a prescribed length on and after a first charging time zone to the first charging time zone included in the period; and a charge amount allocation part which allocates a charging amount by dividing the target charging amount, according to the insufficient electrical energy of the EV to the EV connected to the first charging time zone.
