PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell rear surface circuit sheet that is improved in durability and also improved in productivity by preventing peeling etc.SOLUTION: The solar cell rear surface circuit sheet 10 that electrically connects a plurality of solar cells to one another on rear surface sides thereof is provided with an insulating base 11 made of an imide-based resin material and having its surface roughened, and a circuit layer 12 arranged on a surface of the insulating base 11 and electrically connecting the plurality of solar cells, wherein the circuit layer 12 comprises an electroless copper plating circuit 13 stacked on the surface of the insulating base 11 and an electrolytic copper plating circuit 14 further stacked on a surface of the electroless copper plating circuit 13. |
