PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for a heating element that effectively prevents a refrigerant from leaking out.SOLUTION: The cooling device for the heating element includes a first radiator 4 which has a principal surface where the heating element 2 is arranged and the other principal surface where a radiation portion 41 and a first engagement portion 43 surrounding the radiation portion are formed, a second radiator 5 having a reception portion 51 which is combined with the first radiator to receive the radiation portion 41 to form a refrigerant flow passage and a second engagement portion 53 surrounding the reception portion, and a seal member 6 which is interposed between the first engagement portion 43 and the second engagement portion 53 to seal the refrigerant flow passage. A gap 100 isolated from the refrigerant flow passage is formed with the seal member 6 between the first engagement portion 43 and the second engagement portion 53 and on a side different from the refrigerant flow passage, and a narrow-width portion whose width is narrower than a width between the first engagement portion 43 and the second engagement portion 53 at the arrangement position of the seal member 6 is formed at least partially in the gap 100. |
