PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of adjusting curl of coated paper comprising a process of coating one face of a web being transferred with paint and drying the paint by a dryer and a process of coating the other face of the web with the paint and drying the paint by a dryer, capable of adjusting and correcting curl occurring in the coated paper upon producing the same formed of the web with the one face and the other face thereof coated with the paint.SOLUTION: The method of adjusting curl of coated paper is characterized in that the heating temperature in the last dryer 6B4 for a web coated with the last paint to pass therethrough upon producing coated paper is set in such a manner that the heating temperature with respect to the uncoated face Wa of the web not coated with the last paint is set lower than the heating temperature with respect to the coated face Wb of the web coated with the last paint. |
