PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which eliminates a need of providing a separate component, such as a guide component and a positioning pin, and a positioning hole penetrating such a circuit board as control circuit board, reduces the number of fixing members, such as screws, and allows the circuit board to be attached securely to an electrical component, such as a power module, by a simple assembling process.SOLUTION: The semiconductor device 20 connects and fixes a circuit board 70 having one end and the other end opposite to each other in a first direction and a terminal 50d extending out of an electrical component 50, to each other. The semiconductor device 20 includes a temporary fixing portion which temporarily fixes the one end of the circuit board 70 with a nail 62a, and a full fixing portion 64 which is opposite to the temporary fixing portion in the first direction and fully fixes the other end of the circuit board 70 with a fixing member. |
