PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contents from being excessively transmitted from a predetermined network to other networks.SOLUTION: An information processor includes a first acquisition means for acquiring the amount of data to be uploaded from a node device connected to the predetermined network; a second acquisition means for acquiring the total amount of data to be uploaded acquired by the first acquisition means; a first determining means for determining whether the total data amount acquired by the second acquisition means has exceeded the predetermined amount of data; and a control means for controlling to prevent contents from being uploaded by the node device connected to the predetermined network when the first determining means determines that the total data amount has exceeded the predetermined amount of data.
