PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relay a USB (Universal Serial Bus) signal of USB 2.0 with low relay load and a few delays.SOLUTION: In an OUT transaction, a CPU (26) transfers OUT and DATA 0/1 packets to a device (12) from a host (10) to a device (12) through a downlink buffer (24), causes a NAK/ACK packet generation device (34) to generate a NAK signal and transmits it to the host (10). Thereafter, the CPU (26) causes the NAK/ACK packet generation device (34) to generate the NAK signal to a PING signal from the host (10) before receiving a response from the device (12), and transmits it to the host (10). To the PING signal from the host (10) immediately after receiving the response from the device (12), the CPU (26) performs communication for contents corresponding to contents of the response from the device (12) with the host (10). |
