PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of maintaining a high image quality without lowering workability.SOLUTION: A reflective optical sensor includes: an irradiation system including twelve pieces of light emitting parts arranged at equal intervals along a main direction; an illumination optical system including twelve pieces of microlenses for illumination; a light receiving optical system including twelve pieces of microlenses for receiving light; and a light receiving system including twelve pieces of light receiving parts. A toner pattern has a pattern for concentration detection, in which four pieces of rectangular patterns with different toner concentration with each other are arranged in four lines, by each color of the toner. Further, L1 is 450 μm, which is set to be larger than the interval Le. Also, L2 is 800 μm. |
