PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing perchlorate, which easily monitors a migration amount of sodium ions, and to provide a method therefor.SOLUTION: An apparatus (A) to be adopted for producing ammonium perchlorate includes: a primary electrolytic tank 1 in which an anode side 4A that has an anode 4 installed therein and a cathode side 5A that has a cathode 5 installed therein are partitioned by a cation exchange membrane 6, and which electrolytically oxidizes an aqueous solution of sodium chloride in the anode side 4A; and a measuring instrument 13 for measuring the migration amount of the sodium ions which have migrated to the cathode side 5A from the anode side 4A while passing through the cation exchange membrane 6 due to the electrolytic oxidation, on the basis of a pH value, a water temperature and a liquid amount which change in the cathode side 5A due to the electrolytic oxidation. |
