PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intentional opening of a shutter of a charging unit during an operation in a switchgear during the charge of a bus, and to enable the operation by opening the shutter during power down of the bus.SOLUTION: An electric lock 35 capable of controlling a movement in the opening direction of the shutter 23 under a state closing the front of an disconnector by the shutter 23, a bus-charging/power down decision circuit 50 deciding the charging/power down state of the bus, and a limit switch 38 disposed under a floor housing the disconnector of a switchgear body are provided. The charging state of the bus is decided by the bus-charging/power down decision circuit 50, and the electric lock 35 is locked when the limit switch 38 is closed and the movement in the opening direction of the shutter 23 is controlled. When the power down state is decided by the bus-charging/power down decision circuit 50, or when the limit switch 38 is opened, the electric lock 35 is opened and the movement in the opening direction of the shutter 23 is permitted. |
