<p>Disclosed is an audio device that obtains an adequately good auditory sensation even when playing back compressed audio signals, in an audio environment with improved acoustic quality. In order to correct a weak signal component near a large frequency of a compressed audio signal output level, a weak-signal component adding unit (121) extracts a specific frequency region based on input audio signals, generates a weak-signal component composed of harmonics signals composed of a harmonic component and the like, and a noise signal through half-wave rectification and waveform clipping, and adds the generated weak-signal component to the input audio signal. In order to correct a high-frequency band output level from which compressed audio signals are omitted, a high-frequency band audio adding unit (122) generates audio of a high-frequency band composed of a harmonic signal and a noise signal through half-wave rectification and waveform clipping, and adds the generated high-frequency band audio to the input audio signal.</p> |
