PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing fats and oils having favorable flavor and hue, that generate little by-products.SOLUTION: There is provided a process for producing refined fats and oils, including: after performing a first steaming treatment in which fats and oils are brought into contact with steam, treating the fats and oils by being brought into contact with an adsorbent and then performing a second steaming treatment in which the fats and oils, which are at least 10°C cooler than the temperature of the fats and oils during the first steaming treatment, are brought into contact with steam. |
