PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new fish paste food having fish meat flavor, and palate feeling as sliced and dried rice cake.SOLUTION: A method for producing the fish paste food includes a step of forming a product by kneading 3-20 mass% rice powder and 1-10 mass% starch with ground fish meat, a step of steaming by steam or roasting the formed product, a step of cooling the product followed by drying, and a step of heating or frying in oil the product. |
