PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image to a user specified from user identification information without a complicated process by the user.SOLUTION: When a provider operates a user terminal 16 and specifies a user ID of a reference person from user IDs for authenticating a document to be provided and a printer 14, a document processing server 12 notifies a user terminal 18 of the reference person accordingly and stores the user ID of the reference person in association with the document to be provided in a storage unit. When the reference person operates the printer 14 to request authentication, if the user ID of the reference person is the one associated with the document to be provided, the document processing server 12 reads out the document to be provided from the storage unit and sends it to the printer 14 in such a manner that the document to be provided may be output after the printer 14 is made to display that the document to be provided has been provided by the provider. |
