PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for treating soil capable of injecting diluted water where an anaerobic microorganism is diluted into soil without deteriorating the activity of the anaerobic microorganism, thereby enabling the system to perform an excellent bio augmentation.SOLUTION: The method for treating soil dilutes the anaerobic microorganism with diluted raw water, thereby preparing the diluted water, and injects the diluted water into the soil, thereby dechlorinating an organic chlorine compound, wherein the anaerobic microorganism is diluted with the diluted raw water on which deoxidation is performed, and it is preferable that deoxidation is performed by allowing water to pass through an activated carbon column 12 having an aerobic biological film by adding nutrient to the diluted raw water. |
