PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve labor saving, high efficiency, and improvement in reliability of disaster relief activities as regards a disaster relief activity support device, a program, and a storage medium which support decision of countermeasures to be taken preferentially in accordance with information on an event, an accident, conditions, etc., in the disaster relief activities.SOLUTION: The disaster relief activity support device is equipped with: an information storage means for storing disaster information indicating prediction or occurrence of a disaster; a priority imparting means which imparts, for each piece of the disaster information, not only a first priority denoting a degree with which a countermeasure is to be preferentially taken but also such a second priority that it is higher as the time elapsed from one of a generation time point, an input time point, a time point at which the each piece of the disaster information has been stored in the information storage means, or a time point at which the disaster has occurred is longer; and a priority determination means which preferentially takes, as a target of the countermeasure, a piece of disaster information having a large product of the first and second priorities among pieces of the disaster information stored in the information storage means. |
