PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive control structure of insolubilized soil, by which low pH water oozing from insolubilized soil can be properly treated, in a control structure of insolubilized soil that is obtained by insolubilizing cyan-contaminated soil.SOLUTION: This invention is related to a control structure of insolubilized soil 12 that is obtained by insolubilizing cyan-contaminated soil. A neutralizing layer 14 composed of an alkaline material is installed between the insolubilized soil 12 and soil 18 in the vicinity. A water shut-off layer may be installed between the neutralizing layer 14 and the insolubilized soil 12. |
