PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a communication velocity of a transport layer from being considerably reduced to be lower than that of a controlled band in a network of a high error rate when controlling a communication band between communication apparatuses by means of a relay apparatus on the network.SOLUTION: A relay apparatus predicts an SID of which the reception is expected next in communication based on an SID and a data size contained in data received from a communication apparatus, compares the predicted SID with an SID contained in data received next and if the SID is smaller than the predicted SID, cancels a controlled band for the data. Furthermore, if a fixed number of or more data items exceeding the predicted SID are continuously received, the controlled band is also canceled for the data items. |
