PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shearing method for a coated steel plate, capable of restraining generation of enamel hair even in the case that the coated steel plate has a relatively thick coat in a plate portion to be processed when applying shearing to the coated steel plate.SOLUTION: When shearing is performed by pressing a shearing punch into coated steel plate placed on a die, a spare punch having a corner R on a top end is pressed against to decrease a coating thickness of a shearing portion, and then the shearing punch is pressed into. When the inside of a material is sheared, the spare punch and the shearing punch capable of forming a recessed portion on a flat surface of the top end are used. |
