PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display complementary candidates suited for various regions to smoothen the input of keywords at a centralized call center that receives calls from various regions.SOLUTION: An input support device supports the input of a keyword by displaying a list of complementary candidates corresponding to input characters, in a receiving-end search for searching for the receiving end of a call by using a receiving end database DB3 that stores search keywords and receiving ends in association, and inputting a keyword assumed from the call received. The input support device includes a complementary candidate database DB4 in which complementary candidates are stored in association with regions, a region information acquisition unit 14 for specifying an area from which a call is sent, and a candidate list creation unit 15 which, when part of a keyword is inputted, creates and displays a candidate list by acquiring a plurality of complementary candidates corresponding to the characters inputted from the complementary candidate database DB4. When displaying the candidate list, the candidate list creation unit 15 preferentially displays the complementary candidates for the region specified by the region information acquisition unit 14. |
