PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation in detecting accuracy and damage of an exhaust gas sensor 5 caused by a detecting part of the exhaust gas sensor 5 becoming wet by condensed water dispersed along with exhaust gas while accurately detecting exhaust gas properties of the entire exhaust gas flow by the exhaust gas sensor 5 in an engine exhaust device 1 including an exhaust emission control unit 4 disposed in an exhaust passage of an engine and purifying the exhaust gas, an exhaust pipe 11 forming the exhaust passage, and the exhaust gas sensor 5 for detecting the oxygen concentration of the exhaust gas that has passed through the exhaust emission control unit 4.SOLUTION: An inner pipe 15 is provided in the exhaust pipe 11 connected to the exhaust emission control unit 4, an end of the inner pipe 15 at the exhaust downstream side is connected to a pipe wall of the exhaust pipe 11, and an annular space 30 with the exhaust downstream side closed and the exhaust upstream side opened is formed between the inner pipe 15 and the exhaust pipe 11. |
