PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device for improving the shielding function of an electromagnetic wave by a shield.SOLUTION: The electronic device includes an upper shield 4, disposed on a surface side of a circuit board 3 and a lower shield 5 disposed at a rear side. The lower shield 5 includes a contact part 51 at an edge. The contact part 51 is brought into contact with a lower face 3b of the circuit board 3. A leaf spring part 54 is formed in the contact part 51. An end of the leaf spring part 54 abuts against the upper shield 4. |
