PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a D/A conversion device which can reduce an element size in a plurality of D/A conversion circuits.SOLUTION: The D/A conversion device includes a plurality of D/A conversion circuits 20a to 20c each having N pieces of first transistors as an N-bit current source, and a gate potential generation circuit 10 which generates potential at gates of the N pieces of first transistors to pass binary-weighted currents through the plurality of D/A conversion circuits 20a to 20c. |
