The conductive film has an input contacting an electrical contact of an image forming apparatus main assembly, an output electrically connecting with a charge roller and a transmission section connecting with the input and the output. The input has a middle contact plate shaped like a bent strip. A side contact plate is formed on at least one side of the middle contact plate.
