PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus for a two-part mixed-type quick hardening polyurethane composition that can easily perform coating work on a two-part mixed-type normal temperature-fast hardening composition, is environment friendly, is very economical, and has easy workability and high productivity (quick hardening property) a two-part mixed-type normal temperature-fast hardening composition that is well balanced physical properties with a coating apparatus that can be used for this coating apparatus, improves heat resistance, and is suitable for multiple-purpose applications.SOLUTION: The coating apparatus can be used for the intermittent delivery of a two-part (A liquid, B liquid) mixed-type normal temperature-fast hardening composition for a 0.3-30 minute-usable time. In this case, the coating apparatus includes (1) a two-part (A liquid, B liquid) precision fixed quantity discharge machine, (2) liquid changeover valves A2, B2, and (3) a mixer C, and also includes a mechanism where a mixture is washed (replaced) in a holding time of the mixture in the mixer that is 0.01-1 times the usable time. |
