PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus, information processing system and method, and a program, editing address information of an address book from information contained in signature.SOLUTION: The information processing apparatus 5 includes an extracting part 20 for extracting information on a transmitting source of a mail contained in signature of an electronic mail as a first inherent information having a plurality of items; an acquiring part 40 for retrieving a record containing a mail domain of the transmitting source mail address of the electronic mail from an address DB 100, and acquiring a second inherent information having a plurality of items from the record; a generating part 50 for adding the information contained in the first inherent information to edit candidate information, adding the information contained in the second inherent information to the edit candidate information, and generating the edit candidate information when there is information contained in the second inherent information, not contained in the first inherent information; and an edit part 90 for editing the record regarding the electronic mail, based on the edit candidate information. |
