PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate history data whose distributed recording is performed by a plurality of CPU to easily grasp processing situations of the whole device in a video recording reproducing device.SOLUTION: The video recording reproducing device includes: a recording processing part 2 which records video data; a reproduction processing part 4 which reproduces the video data recorded by the recording processing part 2; a main control part 1 which controls the recording processing part 2 and the reproduction processing part 4; and a history data integration part 5 which integrates history data generated by the CPU 11 of each processing part. The CPU 11 of each processing part generates history data including at least an event occurrence time stored in a history memory 12, and transmits the history data stored in the history memory 12 to the history data integration part 5 via a common bus. The history data integration part 5 receives the history data from the CPU 11 of each processing part via the common bus, and integrates the received history data in an occurrence time order.
