PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for renewal of a hydraulic elevator in which an existing hydraulic jack is not removed, a hydraulic jack is formed integrally with a counterweight frame, and the existing hydraulic jack is used as part of a counterweight.SOLUTION: Counterweight side guide rails are installed on the outsides of jack side guide rails, respectively. A hoist base is installed on the upper ends of the counterweight side guide rails. A hoist and a rope fixing part are installed on the hoist base. A push-up wheel at the upper part of the hydraulic jack is removed, the hydraulic jack is retracted and integrally assembled with the counterweight frame, and additional weights are loaded on the counterweight frame. A counterweight suspension wheel is attached to the counterweight frame, and a car is tightened to a main rope wound around the pulley of the hoist. The other end of the main rope is fixed to the rope fixing part of the hoist base through a counterweight pulley, and the existing hydraulic jack of the counterweight frame and the additional weights are suspended. |
