PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for battery outer packaging with a fusion-bonding resin layer superior in adhesion and with a small environmental load, in one capable of fusion bonding having a fusion-bonding resin layer laminated on a stainless steel foil.SOLUTION: A fusion-bonding polyolefin system resin layer is arranged on a surface-roughened stainless steel foil, and they are jointed by thermal fusion. The surface-roughened stainless steel foil has pits formed on ≥60 area% of its surface, with ≥60 piece% of the pits equipped with overhung parts. |
