PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start a program scheduled to use radio communication in starting a terminal in a portable terminal equipped with a radio communication function, and to complete connection with a radio communication device to be connected by radio by the program before starting the terminal.SOLUTION: The portable terminal 1 is provided with: a program storage means for storing a radio communication use program for performing predetermined radio communication processing using a radio communication means; and a program start-up means for starting the radio communication use program. Furthermore, the portable terminal 1 is provided with: a connection processing means for performing connection processing for setting the radio communication means and the radio communication device to a connection state in starting the terminal; and a start control means for causing the program start-up means to start the radio communication use program when the connection processing by the connection processing means is successful, to set the connection state. |
