PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support smooth traffic without inhibiting a passage of others while preventing stop in a specific area where stop is prohibited.SOLUTION: An information providing device is provided with a camera 101 that detects a mobile object along a traveling direction of the mobile object (having an entire length of x). By measuring a physical amount of the mobile object using an image of the mobile object acquired from the camera 101, a running state of the mobile object positioned before and after a stop prohibited area (crosswalk positioned at 0 in an x coordinate in an example of FIG. 1) can be specified. Then, based on the specified running state, information is provided to a mobile object just before the stop prohibited area. |
