摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power train control apparatus suppressing an overspeed of an internal combustion engine by reducing a speed change ratio when an engine speed increases by an increase of the speed change ratio caused by the occurrence of failure in a hydraulic control part.SOLUTION: An electronic control apparatus 300 operates the hydraulic control part 200 including a first control valve 217, a second control valve 218, and a fail-safe valve 219 to control the speed change ratio in a continuously variable transmission 100, and controls torque of the internal combustion engine 400. When cannot supply a proper amount of hydraulic fluid to a first pulley 130 through the first control valve 217, the electronic control apparatus 300 reduces hydraulic pressure in a second pulley 150 while reducing the torque of the internal combustion engine 400, and operate the fail-safe valve 219 to execute overspeed suppression control to change over a supply path of the hydraulic fluid such that the hydraulic fluid controlled through the second control valve 218 is supplied to the first pulley 130, too.
