PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide jelly-like food product served as care food, baby food, hospital diet or the like, or usable as dietary supplement or health/beauty promoting food material, food material and gelled material in which can be neatly cut and divided at an optional position so as to facilitate operation for eating by an aged person, infants, a user who requires care for diet, or a user who has difficulty in swallowing food on her (his) own, and facilitate operation for eating by a care-giver who helps her (him) to take food, and also the appearance of which is not spoiled when eaten.SOLUTION: The jelly-like food product is obtained by making the food material and the gelled material integral with each other to be formed into a jelly-molded body, wherein the food material is preliminarily softened so that the food material can be cut without being separated from the gelled material when cutting the jelly-molded body at an optional position. |
