PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device capable of miniaturizing a control unit for performing the drive control of an electric motor, and easily realizing the electric connection.SOLUTION: The electric power steering device includes an electric motor 12 for imparting the steering auxiliary force to a steering mechanism for transmitting the steering torque transmitted to a steering wheel to a turning wheel via a steering shaft, a resolver built in the electric motor 12, and a control unit 20 for performing the drive control of the electric motor. The control unit 20 is arranged close to a motor side terminal block 16 having a connection terminal formed on the electric motor 12, and forms a control unit side terminal block 24 connected to the motor side terminal block. The connection terminal of the motor side terminal block and the connection terminal of the control unit side terminal block are electrically connected to each other. The connection terminal of the motor side terminal block and the connection terminal of the control unit side terminal block consist of three power supply terminals and four resolver terminals, respectively. |
