PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target heart rate-reaching time prediction device capable of displaying the time until a heart rate reaches a target.SOLUTION: An exercise load electrocardiograph 30 includes: an input part 31 for receiving the input of subject information; a CPU 39 for determining the target heart rate based on the subject information; a storage part 37 for storing a load protocol representing a time-serial plan on the loads to be applied to the subject; an electrode 32 for measuring the heart rate of the subject; the CPU 39 for computing the predicted reaching time for the heart rate of the subject to reach the target heart rate; and a display part 38 for displaying the predicted reaching time. |
