PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collector for use in a nonaqueous electrolyte battery, capable of preventing warping of the collector due to a film deposition process and doing away with a work such as cutting of a circumferential part of the collector after film deposition.SOLUTION: The collector 100 for a nonaqueous electrolyte battery is formed from a metal foil and includes a base 20 having an electrode layer deposited on at least one surface to constitute an electrode body 2 and a lead 30 for current collection extracted from the base 20. The base 20 and the lead 30 are integrally formed. The base includes a deposited region 21 where the electrode layer is formed and an extra region 22 of a width of 1.5 mm or less up to the deposited region 21 toward the inner side from an outer circumferential edge of the base 20, and the extra region 22 has a plurality of cut-out parts 23 for positioning a collector holder 200 for holding the collector 100 in deposition.
