PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient charger which operates using a general pulse power supply without requiring complicated circuit configuration by at least reducing a rush current generated in charging/discharging a capacitor to reduce loss during charging, in the charger using a pulse power supply.SOLUTION: In the charger, diodes and inductors are connected in parallel to serially connected cells, respectively. In addition, an equalizing capacitor is connected to an intermediate point between the diode and inductor so that either of charging/discharging current flowing between the cell and the equalizing capacitor passes through the inductor. |
