PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple patterning wiring board favorably producing a wiring board with a cut-off part and a notch for alignment formed in a corner part.SOLUTION: In the multiple patterning wiring board, in a matrix substrate 1 on which the plurality of wiring board regions 1a which are rectangular when viewed in planar view are arranged in at least one of vertical and horizontal lines, and a dummy region 1b is formed around each wiring board region 1a, a division groove 2 is formed along a boundary between the wiring board region 1a and the dummy region 1b and a through-hole 3 which is disposed striding over the wiring board region 1a and the dummy region 1b and whose corner part at least intersecting with the division groove 2 is made arched is formed, the division groove 2 intersects with the arched corner part of the through-hole 3 on the side of the through-hole 3 positioned in the wiring board region 1a beyond a contact point whose tangential line is directed orthogonal to the division groove 2 at the arched corner part. Generation of burrs and cracks in a wiring board 1c can be suppressed when divided. |
