MODULE TYPE CERVIX-SHAPED PROSTHESIS ELEMENT, AND PROSTHESIS ASSEMBLY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the fault of technique in the current situation to especially provide a prosthesis element and a femur prosthesis assembly having the same.SOLUTION: In the module type femur prosthesis element equipped with a long shaft part 1 having a tapered shape, the shaft part 1 is constituted of diaphysial lower part 1a forming a symmetric shape in the axial direction of the shaft part 1 with respect to the longitudinal axis XX thereof and a diaphysial upper part 1b provided with a recessed part 2 having a long cross section demarcated by the longitudinal axis YY crossing the flat surface 20 of a diaphysial part 1b. The recessed part 2 is provided to the flat surface 20 and formed so as to house the cervix having the corresponding shape. The flat surface 20 is inclined by 39±2° with respect to the longitudinal axis XX and the diaphysial part is equipped with the thick-walled part 3 arranged in opposed relation to the recessed part 2 in a lateral direction while the axis of the recessed part 2 is offset toward the lower edge of the flat surface 20. A prosthesis element assembly is equipped with the element and at least one cervix directly adaptable to the inside of the recessed part 2.
