PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor a ripple in the output voltage of a plurality of secondary batteries in series.SOLUTION: A signal transmitting-receiving control circuit is provided with a transmission-side PMOS Tr 5 which is switched on with a low signal input into a gate from a transmitting circuit, a transmission-side NMOS Tr 6 in which the gate is connected to the gate of the transmission-side PMOS Tr 5, the drain is connected to the drain of the transmission-side PMOS Tr 5, and the source is grounded (VSS1) and which is switched on with a high signal input from the transmitting circuit to the gate, and a transmitting terminal Dout which is connected to the drains of the transmission-side NMOS Tr 6 and PMOS Tr 5 on the side of the transmitting circuit. It is provided with a receiving terminal CTLD which is connected to the transmitting terminal Dout, a reception-side NMOS Tr 4 in which the gate is connected to the receiving terminal CTLD, the drain is connected to a reference voltage Vctl, and the source is grounded (VSS2), a resistor 3 which is connected between the reception-side NMOS Tr 4 and reference voltage Vctl, and an output terminal Vout1 which is connected between the resistor 3 and reception-side NMOS Tr 4 on the side of the receiving circuit. |
