PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent communication device in which a sufficient communicable range is assured in the horizontal direction while utilizing proximity radio transfer without polarization utilizing a weak UWB.SOLUTION: A communication device includes: a high-frequency coupler that radiates an induction electric field signal of a longitudinal wave; and an antenna that radiates a radiation electromagnetic field or an electric wave signal of a transverse wave and has a communicable range which has spread in the horizontal direction. Modulated operability that communication is stabilized near a target point, user-friendliness without polarization (namely, dependency of a direction of the antenna) are achieved, and accuracy of positioning aiming at the target point is simultaneously alleviated by the communicable range which has the spread in the horizontal direction. |
