PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charged particle beam radiation system which can stably vary necessary emission current of particle beam for scanning radiation or the like with a simple control device.SOLUTION: A charged particle beam radiation system radiates the radiation subject with the charged particle beam emitted by an emission device from a circular accelerator for taking out the charged particles from a circumference track by forming the charged particle beam by allowing incident particles to go around a circumference track by deflecting with deflection electromagnet, accelerating the charged particles by high-frequency voltage applied to a high-frequency acceleration cavity, converging the charged particle beams by an electromagnet for conversion, and exciting resonance in the circumference track by a six-pole electromagnet. In this case, the emission current for taking out the charged particles from the circumference track is varied by controlling a parameter for the high-frequency voltage applied to the high-frequency acceleration cavity. |
