PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out visual inspection while moving a camera to an arbitrary position and posture with respect to a workpiece, and to achieve miniaturization of entire equipment.SOLUTION: A YZ robot 3 is arranged on a support base 2 and a rotation table 4 is arranged in front of it. The YZ robot 3 has a Z axis moving mechanism 5, a Y axis moving mechanism 6, and an optical axis O extending in a front and rear (Y axis) direction and includes a camera 7 that photographs the workpiece W. The camera 7 is freely moved in both sides (Y axis) and vertical (Z axis) directions. The workpiece W is mounted on the rotation table 4 and is freely rotated around a rotating axis θ extending in the vertical direction. A super wide angle lens 10 having an angle of view of ≥180° is arranged at the tip of the camera 7. |
