PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately search a corresponding point without increasing a process cost, and to prevent a large area outside an object to be processed from being generated.SOLUTION: A reliability calculating unit 50 calculates reliability showing search accuracy of each corresponding point in accordance with a searched result of the corresponding point searched by a searching unit 30. A change unit 60 changes the corresponding point whose reliability is lower than a prescribed value to another point on a reference image. A determining unit 70 determines an initial search point in the reference image in a layer higher by one layer than the marked image in accordance with the corresponding point searched by the searching unit 30 or the corresponding point changed by the change unit 60. A search control unit 40 sets a search range in the reference image in a layer higher by one layer than the marked layer in accordance with the initial search point determined by the determining unit 70 as a reference, allows the search unit 30 to carry out a search process within the search range and controls the search unit 30 to carry out the search process from a lower layer to an upper layer. |
