<p>A syringe set (10) comprises: a syringe (1); and a flange extension member (5) which is detachably attached to the outer circumference of a flange (4) of the syringe (1) and extends the flange (4). The syringe (1) comprises: an outer cylinder (2); the flange (4) which is disposed at the proximal end of the outer cylinder (2); a gasket (6) which is slidably disposed in the outer cylinder (2); and a pusher (3) which moves the gasket (6) along the axial direction of the outer cylinder (2). The flange (4) comprises a pair of plate-shaped parts protruding in mutually opposing directions from the central axis of the outer cylinder (2). The flange extension member (5) comprises a plate-shaped main part (51), a first engagement part (52), and a second engagement part (53). When the flange extension member (5) is attached to the flange (4), the first engagement part (52) engages with the outer cylinder (2), and the second engagement part (53) engages with the flange (4). b2/a2 is set to be greater than b1/a1.</p> |
