DIELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION, PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF AND ELECTRONIC ELEMENT
摘要
<p>A dielectric ceramic composition comprises main component expressed by (BaxCay)TiO3 and zinc oxide, wherein 0=y=0.08 and 0.975=x+y=1.010. The content of zinc oxide is 2-12 weight parts based on 100 weight parts of the main component. The dielectric ceramic composition has high AC breakdown voltage, high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss. A production method thereof and an electronic component are also provided.</p>
