PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear device capable of enhancing an installation strength of a gear to a gear installing shaft.SOLUTION: A boss inserting shaft 3 is projected from a boss receiving seat 2 of the gear installing shaft 1, and this boss inserting shaft 3 is inserted into a gear boss 4, and a fastener 5 is installed at the projecting end part of the boss inserting shaft 3. The gear boss 4 is sandwiched between the fastener 5 and the boss receiving seat 2 by a fastening force of this fastener 5, and when installing the sintered alloy gear 6 to the gear installing shaft 1, among both ends of the gear boss 4, part abutting on the boss receiving seat 2 is formed of sheet metal 8 superposed on a sintered alloy part of the gear boss 4. |
