PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification device of a motor-driven vehicle, which normally and properly adjusts sound volume of notification sound corresponding to surrounding noise without increasing manufacturing costs by adding a member such as a microphone to surely call attentions of surrounding pedestrians while keeping an advantage of silencing performance obtained by motor traveling.SOLUTION: Whether or not a surrounding environment of one's own vehicle is rainy weather is determined based on whether an operation position of a wiper switch to be existing equipment of the vehicle is at an operating position or a stopping position. When it is determined the operation position is at the operating position and it is rainy weather, sound volume of the notification sound by a speaker is increased as compared with a determination time except rainy weather. Especially when it is estimated that the wiper operation position is on a high speed side and there is much rainfall, of the operating position, the sound volume of notification sound is increased (step S8 to 18).
